He advised that "I can confirm that we hold a credit on the account of Baobab Aviation, but as you may be aware we have had some claims against us from the liquidators of a company called Tuscan Mood (Pty) Ltd. from which we received payments on behalf of Baobab Aviation. We are waiting for the liquidation process of this company to be completed before we refund the credit in case there are any additional claims against us for services provided to Baobab Aviation. I will contact you on my return from the USA in order that we can resolve this issue and refund to Baobab Aviation any monies due to them." 15/1/08 1. Aviation was paid by Investec R224,000.00 from the proceeds of the plane. Neil Howard from aviation company acknowledged he was overpaid in the sum of R222,000,00. 7/12/07 1.
